i won 100000 on bc game and then my withdrawal was suspended....they asked me to do KYC first but unfortunately my little brother was there and he submitted his own documents in KYC. He is below 18 and after that first they blocked KYC and then suddenly i got logged out and whenever i try to login it shows user account risk ....after this i send them a mail in which i mentioned that my little brother accidentally submitted his own documents....he is not owner of the account...and after 2 days i got reply from them and they said that you are under age and your account is permanently blocked ....i am not under age i am 20 years old ...i can send you all my documents.... now i request you to please reopen my account so that i can withdraw my money...i really need that money ... please reopen my account please 🥺

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with BC.Game Casino. The casino's rules state:

1.2. The Service is not for use by (i) individuals under 18 years of age, (ii) individuals under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction and (iii) individuals accessing the Service from jurisdictions from which it is illegal to do so.
4.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
4.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or the higher legal age of majority as stipulated by the jurisdiction of your residence (e.g., Estonia – 21 years) and are legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website under the laws applicable to you.
4.1.2. You participate in the Games strictly in your personal, non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
4.1.3. You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

If your brother accessed your account and submitted his KYC documents you breached the casino's rules by allowing access to your account to a third party.

When it came to light that the person was underage, the casino had no option but to restrict your account and invalidate your winnings. Please let me know if there are any other circumstances I haven't considered, otherwise, I'll reject your complaint as unjustified.

my phone was at charging and my brother did the kyc from my phone not his phone so i didn't breached the casino's rules ....it was an accident because my brother is not fully aware of these things ....i request to reopen my account or give me my winnings...i am above 18 and i can send you documents whatever you want.. please and please give me my winnings.....i really need that money ....

and i didn't allow access intentionally....i kept my phone at charging and my brother did it and when i came back my account was blocked ......still i apologize for my mistake .....i am really sorry for that ...now please reopen my account

Regardless of your intention, we can't compel the casino to act any differently based on the description of events. Since it came to light that your casino account has been accessed by an underage person, we won't be able to persuade the casino to act any differently.
