Hello, I have a problem with this bookmaker, 


I never requested a withdraw before this one. 


I deposit long time ago (maybe last years) with a visa and a MasterCard but non wining. 


All my lasts deposit was by Paysafecard. 


So my problem is : I deposit by paysafecard and win 300CHF, when I asked to withdraw by this way my withdraw was reject. 


I open chat support and they tell me to withdraw by Visa. (My visa and MasterCard are debit card). When I try to withdraw by this method I can't because any card are save in the systeme. I open a new chat support then they tell me, I must firstly deposit again with these two cards to use this withdraw method. I know that I can't use Visa/MasterCard to withdraw because it's a debit cards. So they tell me we need reject from your bank then I will be able to withdraw by Paysafecard or Bank Transfert. 


(They tell me too that is not bahigo rules but laundering money rules) 


It is legit to ask me deposit again to withdraw my fund ? In T&C is write only same deposit method Can use to withdraw so why must I deposit with my visa and MasterCard if I didnt use this deposit method and why I can't directly use paysafecard... ? 


Now I put a Limit of 1CHF in any sport bet and casino to not use my wining because I know this concept. They won't pay player, Like this I play more and I lose my fund. 


I need an answer from you to be sure before to do what they ask me. If the only solution to get my wining is deposit with my cards again so I will do it. 


I want be sure too if it's the only solution that after deposit with my visa and with my MasterCard that I Can use paysafecard method to get my wining.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.

 

If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would strongly recommend following their instructions. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers. Furthermore, the minimum deposit is required to verify your payment method and it is nothing unusual.

Hello, I am coming back to you following my complaint.


So I deposited again with the two cards (a visa and a mastercard) as requested.


I was then able to place my VISA withdrawal request but it was refused, he told me that I must contact my bank to find out why.


So I wrote to date an email to my two banks, Im wainting for the answer.


I know in advance that it is declined because it is DEBIT cards and not credit card.


To this day I still can't withdraw my winnings and they don't want me to use another means of withdrawal.


Tomorrow I will get an answer from the casino if I can use another way to withdraw, I will informe you

Today, after nearly a week of trading, the withdrawal was executed by Mastercard. I hope the funds will arrive next week on my card. I will keep you posted.


I would like to specify that I made a first withdrawal request by Mastercard which was refused. I then threatened to file a complaint with the Gambling Supervision Commission and coincidentally the withdrawal was subsequently executed.


Keep this case open pls till my withdraw are on my account.
