The player from Netherlands had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. It was discovered that the complaint had been filed by a third party on behalf of the player. We had informed the third party that we couldn't proceed with the complaint and advised the actual player to file an official complaint on her own. Due to this, the complaint was rejected.

Played around the 25th more than 600 - 700 euro. Luckily still had 450 left so still loss but made a withdraw. Offcourse verification needed and did that so my account is verified. On the 1st of December on 11:18 i made the withdraw of 450 EUR. It should take 24 hours for approval. 2 days later still nothing and they said your money will arrive soon. It's now 12 days later and litterly nothing changed. In the chat they said its on hold will be paid soon. I hear that 2 weeks in a row.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
