Wanted to withdraw but needed to verify. Too avoid playing the money i ask to freeze my account untill the withdraw is approved. Now i received a message that my account has a cool off for 6 months. WTF i never ask that. I contact the chat how can i withdraw. They litterly said when you account is verified you may withdraw. Very strange answer so i dont know but will keep you updated.
