About one and a half months ago, I requested to withdraw 50,500 NOK. I then underwent a three-week verification process, after which my verification was finally approved. I was informed that the 50,500 NOK would be split into installments, with the first installment due on October 6th and the second on October 20th.


Each installment was set at 10,000 NOK. I was told they would be transferred within a couple of business days. However, by October 14th, I had not received any funds, so I contacted the company and was asked to provide proof of non-receipt. After supplying a transaction list, they confirmed that I had not been paid and assured me that I would receive the funds within a few days. Indeed, I did receive the 10,000 NOK, but the second installment due on October 20th has still not been credited to my bank account.


I have attempted to contact the casino through live chat today, and although it showed zero in the queue and promised that a live agent would assist me shortly, the live chat was canceled after 5 minutes, and this happens every time. I have video proof of all my account information, transactions, and chat logs.


I am exhausted by the casino's misleading statements about the withdrawal process and their apparent ghosting. I have received only 10,000 NOK of the 50,500 NOK in one and a half months. At this rate, and if I have to endure this with every installment, I am confident that I won't receive all my money until summer 2024. Considering that I have deposited a substantial amount of money into the casino without any significant winnings, it's frustrating that they are obstructing my withdrawal process.

I am frustrated that the casino does not pay the installments as stated, but that I have to prove that they have not arrived in order for them to be paid out within the next working days!
