My withdrawal has been rejected 4 times now and I've sent a passport, drivers license, utility bill ,deposit receipt and bank statement.

I've never been asked for a bank statement ever.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thankyou for your response.

I've sent all documents and the wanted a bank statement with my name on it and the deposit receipt which I sent them as well.

My withdrawal was rejected 5 times so I decided to play the money and close my account because I've decided I don't want anything to do with Axe casino.
