The player from Australia reported that his withdrawal of $8500 had been reduced to $1300 after he participated in a Valentine's promotion. He claimed that the winnings were from his initial deposit, not the bonus amount. We pointed out the casino's terms and conditions, which stated that the maximum win from any deposit bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The player's subsequent complaints about wagering requirements and account closure were also addressed, where we reminded him of the casino's rules and advised him to withdraw his winnings. The player remained dissatisfied, claiming that the casino's terms and conditions were targeted and unfair. We concluded the complaint saying the casino's actions were justified and we rejected the player's complaint.

it was a Valentines promotion

max deposit was $50 to Maximum $1500

i deposited $100 and end up with $190

wagering was 7500

max bet I put was $4 and end up with $9000 win in less than few minutes

With the bonus amount credited $90x15=$1350

My winnings were from the first $100 not $90 bonus


what if they gave $90 for free

if would have been different if because I deposited the real money

To be honest, I don’t agree with the findings


as a VIP member for several years I found it very concerning


I don’t agree with the terms and conditions

nothing was showing up on the email that they send me.


morever, winning was from the first $100 not the bonus.

The $90 bonus was still showing until to wagering completion.


I need to this look at correctly.


I would agree if this was a no deposit of $90 or if the first $100 was used up.


This was my pure win. If you can’t help with this, is it possible for you to refer to organisations with can manage this predatory behaviour

Once you activate a bonus, your real money and the bonus amount you received are combined into a single balance. If your deposited amount and bonus were wagered 40 times the casino applied the maximum win cap of these winnings.

I would recommend you request a withdrawal of your winnings if you haven't done so already.

Player's other issue:

"Forfeited part of my withdrawals of $6000 paid me $4200
i was made to do wagering of x80 on a $280 real money plus of 100%
my issues are that their website says Monday promotion AXE100 subject to wagering t&c x 50
why was requested to play for a wagering of x 80 and yet they forfeited my other amount of $6300 is it double standard"

I contacted them. No was was serious - they very defensive- can get away with anything file


VIP manager who invited to this casino is no where in the picture

he used to be my VIP many through rich casino-

I remind you the rule casino applies:

"Maximum winnings from any deposit bonus (except for Welcome Package / Highroller Welcome Package Bonuses) is x15 from bonus amount. The rule is also applied to all e-mail promotions."

If you received a bonus of $280 according to this rule your winning will be capped to $4200 at the end of wagering.

I Know I can’t add another complaint

if I made to separate deposits in a space of 10 minutes

$100 on 85% bonus and $150 with a bonus of 85%

does it mean that I can only paid for one separate deposit or both of them. When completed the wagering 100% of both of them

In my previous reply, on the screenshot I shared, the wagering requirement is displayed as 40 x (deposit+ bonus)

Not everything was paid correctly

their terms and conditions on everything I have won I would think it was specifically targeted. T& C where specifically targeted

They forfeited over the average of $13000 winnings.

closing my account is a sign of admission that they flawed
