This is a fraudulent online casino u are not able to withdraw ur winnings if it's over $100.00 and if u do have over that and u withdraw a 100 they take the rest of ur balance they r robbing people

I never received any emails from you to reply back to on this manner.
As to the questions from above I received a $10 bonus In which I met the requirements for the said bonus that allows you to withdraw my winnings as it states this with in my account. I was not able to withdraw nothing. This online casino is a scam u are not allowed to withdraw your winnings.

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


4.8. Free bonuses (Comps, Free Chips, converted Comp Points or any other non-deposit bonuses) are playable bonuses awarded to players so they may play free of charge. Free bonuses have a different wagering requirement than other bonuses, and have a fixed withdrawal limit of no more than 50 Credits (50 $,€,£,AUD, or 500 ZAR). Any remaining or extra balance is 'Non-Withdrawable' and is to be cleared from a player's balance. Each player is allowed to withdraw winnings from a free bonus only once during his/her gaming lifetime unless specifically approved by the casino manager.
4.9. A player who has never made a deposit and wishes to withdraw a free chip win, is required to first make one successful minimum deposit of 15.00 ($,€,£,AUD, or 150 ZAR). This first deposit amount is not allowed to be withdrawn or added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. A players who has previously made a successful deposit and is now wishing to withdraw a free chip win, is required to have deposited within the last 30 days in order for the withdrawal to be approved and the deposit cannot be added to an existing pending withdrawal. If added to an existing withdrawal, the amount will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount. Free Bonuses (Free Chips) have a wagering requirement of 20X to 60X unless otherwise specified

I have never withdrawn any winnings from this casino

I have met the required wager to b eligible for a withdrawal but they will steal the remainder of ur winnings if it's over 100$

This isn't right now actual casino would be allowed to take a persons winnings like that they should be banned

If u were to be sitting at a slot machine in a casino in Reno or Vegas and and u had over 5000$ and they were to bring u a hundred and told u they keep the rest how would u react to that

Any surplus balance is categorized as 'Non-Withdrawable' and must be cleared from the player's balance.

Additionally, a successful withdrawal from any free bonus is contingent upon a prior deposit.

  • Can you confirm whether you have complied with this rule?:
A players who has previously made a successful deposit and is now wishing to withdraw a free chip win, is required to have deposited within the last 30 days in order for the withdrawal to be approved and the deposit cannot be added to an existing pending withdrawal.

Respectfully, the Terms and Conditions comprehensively outline the regulations for free bonuses. I highly advise reviewing the guidelines for complimentary promotions before activation to prevent any unforeseen issues in the future. Given that your winnings originated solely from a free bonus and no actual funds were deposited into your casino account in the last 30 days, we will not pursue this matter any further. Additionally, I have adjusted the disputed amount from $5,700 to $50, as that represents the maximum cashout permitted for a free bonus when all rules are adhered to.
