The player from Canada sent documents for verification after wagering a bonus at Asino Casino. Two of the documents were approved but the payment method was not, despite the player explaining he has no other document for the Interac transaction. The player later informed us that the account was verified and the winnings were paid out.

Hello Casino Guru,


I have registered with Asino Casino today and after sucessfully

wagered the bonus I sent documents for verification which two of them are approved and payment method was not approved.

so after contacting support and explaining that there is no other documnt for Interac transaction , they just repeat "please sent statment with account numer and your name" even that every thing shows on the screenshot i sent to them.


Please Casino Guru if you can help me with this issue.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. 

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Do I understand that only the document verifying the ownership of your payment method has not been approved? Have you checked if the document really contains your name and account number? Have you sent the document in the correct format?

Yes, only payment method document is not approved, I tried so hard to explain to support that there is no other document that exist, but they wont listen they just repeat "You have to send bank statment with account visible with your name" even do that all info is right there on the screenshot I have sent to them, I believe they are not very happy when someone wins in first deposit.

I am registered with 100+ Casinos and every one of them approve that document except them.

Please let me know if you need any other information, also I will msent the document to you directly to see if the document is legit or not, but I do not like to upload here because of sensitive information.
