I am waiting 40 days! On the withdrawl 250 euro.
It is not funny anymore. My account has been fully veryficated much time ago, my bitcoin adress also.
Everytime when I went to the chat they are telling "you will get your money" but 40 days are gone and I didn`t get a penny yet.
This thiefs are insolvent so do not deposit any money to their company. Be carefull!

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

They just tell to "wait a little more" eveytime when I get to the chat. Or they are telling "on weekdays we are not makeing any withdrawls".
