My account has got fast limits but with a lot of money won (more than 500 euro) there were not a problem with fast payout.

I didn``t took any bonuses here, I made 3 deposits - total 354 euro, when I wanted to withdrawl money (336 euro) they make complicated veryfication (selfie with id, VIDEO with ID!!) after I passed veryfication they told me they didn`t know when I will get my money and checking the bets could take up to 31 days so I have to wait like this time. It is very unproffesional
