The player's withdrawal has been delayed for over a week. Casino didn't respond.
I have been waiting over a week for my winnings. Two days for withdrawal to be processed which is fine. That was sorted. But no winnings ever made it back to me. Contacted customer services and was told nothing. Doubt I will ever see my winnings

Did you play with any no deposit or deposit bonus in the casino? Is this your first withdrawal from the casino? If you have any proof or communication between you and the casino, please send it to nikolas.b@casino.guru.
Most importantly, please note that if it's your first withdrawal, it is absolutely not possible to receive it just in a few days as you need to go through verification process. We always recommend players to wait at least 14 days for the money to arrive before they would make any further steps.

Hi Nick. Thanks for getting back to me. I'm not aware of playing with any bonus funds when i withdrew. I have played with bonus funds since but followed all the terms and conditions. It will be my first withdrawal. But before i was able to process the withdrawal i had to send all my documentation for verification which took several days in its self i had to ask them if i had been verified which they said i had so was ok to proceed with a withdrawal. It then took a further 3 days to process the withdrawal. O have heard nothing since i have messaged and emailed several times since and they aren't responding. But they have been quick enough to process deposits i have made since i made the withdrawal.
