Hi….no they sent me 2 emails around the time to say it has been processed but I’ve deleted them….this was the first time I’d played and I covered all wagering before I withdrew. It was a deposit of £60 I played with and not a bonus. I’ve attached documents to show my withdrawal status and after they was completed they left my pending withdrawal. That’s when I emailed them to see how long it would take and they said it has finished been processed and that I would receive my winnings very soon……still nothing .

hi I can say that I’ve received my money this morning in my bank…£400 was received in my bank from anonym.bet. Had took along time to arrive but I’ve received it. Can you now stop this complaint and thank you
