I'm really unhappy with the VIP bonus conditions this casino has.


The bonus gives 10 spins at R$ 500 each, with a 35x wagering requirement. Because the spins are so high in value, the total amount I need to wager is ridiculous. Plus, you limit the withdrawal to just R$ 50, which seems way too low compared to the bet amounts.

Also, you don't let us use the bonus money for betting, only real money. This means I lose 2% of each bet in real money with no direct return, since all the winnings go to the bonus account. Right now, I have R$ 2956 in bonuses, which means I need to wager over R$ 100,000. To withdraw the R$ 50, I'd need to lose around R$ 2,000 (because of the 2% real money per bet).

I think these rules are really unfair and not transparent.

I have deposited before, but could not achieve the wagering. Then I received this new bonus and excessive wager value.

when I complain they just say "that’s the rules".
