The player from Germany has tried to redeem a registration bonus without being successful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Bonus was denied. At first there was no registration email, which was missing as the last point in the condition for the bonus. Amazingly, the promotional mail arrived the next day.
After long contact with customer service via chat, the mail was activated.
To my surprise, after this ordeal, the bonus was denied due to unfulfilled conditions. Only when asked did it follow: "To get the one-time registration bonus, you have to meet certain conditions. If not all conditions are met, the bonus will not be credited. There are three conditions for one-time registration:
- register for the first time and from the unique IP,
- without VPN and from the country where you are actually located,
- and use a current link for registration.
If all three conditions are met, the system automatically adds the bonus without making a deposit. "
After that start, my trust for money deals with this casino was fizzled out.
