Verification takes 36 hours, which according to a Casino Guru employee is fast🤷♂️ But since it's taking too long for me, I've blocked myself for 7 days! I'm used to something different, eg verification within 2 hours! I got verified at some point! And the 500 euros were paid out! So I won here! 😎
I spoke to a chat agent and asked: Let's say you win 2500 euros! Then you can only pay out this amount in steps of 500 euros! But you can't put 5 x 500 in the payout queue because there can only be one pending payout (a very unfriendly rule)! In addition, it does not deduct the pending payout amount from the casino account (I find it very unusual) You have to wait up to 36 hours for a withdrawal. I am used to waiting a maximum of 24 hours from Crypto Casinos, but the payouts are usually completed within 2 hours.
