I have submitted all documents they asked from me and was told my money will he paid in 3 to 5 working days now is almost 2weeks i have been receiving different response from the agents and the email from finance. I was told my withdrawal was approved and paid is on wire transfer on the email while i check the agents they are saying a different tune saying my account is still on the payout out list. I really need my money africasino is not treating their clients as VIP's as they say .i suspect is not a real casino.everyday is a story there is no process of anything.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
