I got a no deposit bonus and met the playthrough requirement and submitted a cash out which said would be sent immediately but never came. When I messaged their support on telegram they said I had multiple accounts which is not true they asked me to forward the email with the bonus to support and they would push my withdrawal soon which also never happened. Support started to ignore me after multiple messages then which they replied "you did absolutely nothing to get that money are you that desperate" which in my opinion is terrible customer support then they said my account was flagged for using a vpn which I wasn’t but they also said using a vpn was fine they just have scammers hiding behind it but they seem to be the one doing the scamming now it’s been 48 hours support just leave my messages on read and I still do not have my money. Shady scam site if you ask me

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Do you have any conversation saved where the casino allowed you to use VPN?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

They don’t have any verification it’s my first withdrawal. I spoke with them 2 days ago and this morning they finally responded telling me I’m banned for being rude and blocked me
