I want to write a warning to everyone about this casino. I deposited 1350e and won 2500e, I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 3 weeks, a week ago I received a message that instead of 2500e they will only pay back my deposit of 1350e, and that they already credited it to my bank account, I still have not received even my own 1350e back to this day. I have been sending them emails for a week, to no avail, they do not respond.
They justified the cancellation of the winnings by saying that when I made a 2500e withdrawal, I asked for help so that I wouldn't cancel the withdrawal and close my account. They closed my account at my request, and a week later they announced that I wouldn't receive my winnings according to the responsible gaming rules, even though their terms of use say that a player can close their account, and the withdrawal request will be processed regardless.
Dont play here if you dont wanna to lose both your own money and your potential winnings.
