In my opinion, Baloo.bet behaves like a scam casino.
I have now had serious withdrawal problems with this casino more than once, and my current experience is completely unacceptable.
I requested an €800 withdrawal on 7 July 2026. After approximately 20 days of waiting, Baloo.bet rejected the withdrawal, claiming there were "technical issues" on their side, and told me to submit it again.
I did exactly that on 27 July 2026.
The money has still not been paid.
My account was already verified. There was no new KYC problem, no accusation of breaking the Terms, no account restriction and no reasonable explanation for withholding my money. Every time I contacted support, I received the same useless answer that the case had been forwarded to the financial department.
Weeks turned into months and nothing happened.
I opened a formal complaint on Casino.Guru. They repeatedly attempted to contact Baloo.bet regarding my unpaid withdrawal, but the casino did not meaningfully cooperate or resolve the case.
The complaint was ultimately closed as:
UNRESOLVED – NO REACTION
Baloo.bet received 475 Black Points as a result.
So this is not simply me being an impatient player waiting a few days for a withdrawal. I have been waiting for the same €800 since July, I have repeatedly contacted the casino, and even an independent complaints mediator was unable to obtain a meaningful response from them.
What else am I supposed to call this?
A casino happily accepts deposits, keeps sending promotions, allows players to gamble, but when a verified player asks for his own money, the withdrawal can remain unpaid for months and the casino then ignores an independent mediator.
To me, this is scam-like behaviour and I personally consider Baloo.bet completely untrustworthy.
This is also not my first withdrawal problem with them. I previously had another case where I had to go through a very long verification process and open another Casino.Guru complaint before I eventually received my money.
I strongly advise players to think very carefully before depositing here. A bonus, game selection or promotion means absolutely nothing if you later have to fight for months to receive your own money.
I would never deposit another cent at Baloo.bet.
If Baloo.bet believes this review is unfair, the solution is very simple: pay the €800 withdrawal that has been pending since July.
