It has now been more than 2 weeks since jet4bet closed my account for no appearant or given reason. I have not received my withdrawals and all communication from me has gone unanswered.
I am happy to say that casinoguru has agreed to try to help with my case through my complaint.
For now, I must firmly hope this post is read and that players dont deposit to this casino. I registered at jet4bet.com around a week ago, after seeing promtion online. I made a deposit and lost. 2 days ago they offered me enhanced 2nd welcome bonus. After a series of deposits, i had exhausted my bonuses and made a raw (non-bonus) deposit for 500 NOK, on which I won on slots and in the end requested a withdrawal of 10500 NOK. Additionally I won 500 NOK on some freespins for climbing player levels. I put this in a separate withdrawal request.
This is now a couple days ago.
I woke up early today to an email from their support. Jet4bet Casino Support
My pending withdrawals are not mentioned in the email and have not been processed. My scam-radar immediately goes off. I try to connect with their live support, but as my account is disabled, I can not connect with a live support agent. Convenient.

The situation at the moment is that I won from real money, raw deposit, had my account closed without any mention of my funds, and my ability to contact them removed. However, Jet4Bet refused to credit my winnings, claiming that my "prize proportion was too high." This reason is not mentioned anywhere in the published rules or terms and conditions.
I believe this action is unfair and constitutes a violation of basic consumer rights. I request Jet4Bet to:
Pay my rightful winnings as the August 2025 tournament champion.
Provide a written explanation for their decision.
If the issue is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate this matter to relevant regulatory authorities in Australia (ACMA, ACCC, NSW Fair Trading) and share my case on other international dispute platforms.
