The player complains about the high withdrawal fees which he did not know about. The casino provided us with explanation of their action in this particular case, which we found sufficient. Therefore we have rejected this complaint as 'unjustified'.

Dear Sir/Madam! I believe that the casino violated my rights by withholding 10% from the withdrawal of my funds.

$112.67 was withheld from the first withdrawal.

The casino withheld $190.00 from the second withdrawal.

The casino justified this by the fact that this is a payment for the services of a payment system.

I was not notified about the commission deduction in advance and, as far as I know, payment systems withhold a commission of 2-3%, and not 10%.

I believe that the casino decided to profit from the funds I withdraw and in doing so violated my rights.

Please help me understand the situation and return my 302.67 US dollars.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified.


Considering the circumstances, we believe that the casino was justified in making use of rule 7.10 and we respect their decision not to reimburse the service charges imposed by payment systems on withdrawal.
