I set up an account in this casino in last week, deposit PLN 510 PLN, won PLN 2161,3 and my account get limits, so I request for withdrawal. Of course, the withdrawal procedure is very annoying, after many e-mails exchanged with them and after delivering all documents they demanded, I just got an e-mail that my account is blocked and they do not want me to use their company's services anymore. Of course, there are no reasons for this decision in the e-mail.
Seriously, even with such amounts, they are already insolvent? And to be clear, I have not broken any point of their rules. I also never had an account with them before, nor did any of my household members beyond any doubt. I become robbed! I warn against using the services of this casino!

I didnt broke any of 888starz rules. They have not proven me any violation of the rules and just steal my 1651 PLN.
I've never had an account with them before, nor has anyone in my family.
I feel robbed and I am requesting a refund of my 1651 PLN through one of the payment methods they offer.
