hello i did like 20-30~ deopoists of 50euros its like 2000euros and first time won abaut 250dollar they made me random to loose everything becouse they said that they dont transfer money to mastercard and i gave all wire trasnfer details and tehi forced me to use skrill and i said that in lithuania i cant use skrill thei kinda said that my money kinda gone ...i want attacht screen shots

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.

We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please confirm that your account has been fully verified? Have you been offered any alternative method, other than Skrill, to withdraw your funds?
