My account was temporarily disabled. I tried to log in on the 27th of August. Since then I have sent Email them 3-4 times. Each time I was told the same line. Our security team is looking into your case. And you will receive feedback in 72 hours. Now. Allmost week is finished but response from them, alwys said verify your Documents and I alrdy uploaded all supporting documents, I think they are fraud bcz if they are looking Client fairly so why they didn’t ask about documents in beginning why they disabled my my account after money Added,

I created account on 27th August, and after few hour when I win maybe 200-300 USD on slot machine they disabled my Account,

I have 272usd left in my wallet , still I am waiting for response from them but they never give any response , I am shocked how people they are doing fraud like this , they asked for some ID and address proof Alrdy shared with them , but still nothing ,

i Didn’t put request for withdrawal I was playing machine when achieved balance like 300usd they blocked , and asking for Documents,but my question is with them

why they asking my bank statement ,my utility bills , I am your customer I think my id and address is enough for verification, but in my case I alrdy uploaded my passport my driving licence and my credit card statement , now what they want I will share my home loan paper and my car papers , stupid peoples ,

if some come to you for play and u have policy like this so first you complete your formality than after give access to play , why u asking money first then after block account ,

still money deposit option is open but withdrewal option we cannot use, I want to remove my 300 usd that’s it I don’t want to play with them , they are fraud ,
