After years of being very happy with 888 (and mentioning them multiple times as a good place on this site) they now say my card shows as ‘non-refundable’. I have not changed banks or cards or accounts or anything else at my end. Very, very disappointed by what I had until now, considered one of the best sites.

i have since learned that 2 NZ banks (both Australian owned), have taken it upon themselves to block payments from online casinos with no notice to their customers.


I humbly withdraw my complaint as 888 is not at fault.
