The player from the United States had claimed that the casino had given him an unsolicited bonus which enforced max payouts, resulting in his winnings being confiscated. He had expressed dissatisfaction with this treatment. We had sought further details from him about the bonus and its conditions, but unfortunately, the player did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

These thieves gave me a Bonus without asking. They don't tell you there are max payouts when receiving the Bonus....I think they do that to prevent you from winning big. They confiscate your winnings. Might be the worst "VIP" treatment I ever received.
