The player from Norway had two issues with 7bitcasino.com: firstly, he had deposited 22 USD in Dogecoin expecting 110 free spins as per a promotion on Telegram, but hadn't received them; secondly, his comp point XP was not increasing as expected after a software update. He had attempted to discuss these concerns with customer support to no avail due to a lack of knowledge and willingness to resolve the issue. We had explained to the player that each casino has its own unique bonus policy and reward system, and that we couldn't compel casinos to provide specific bonuses or upgrade player status. Despite the player's continued dissatisfaction, we were unable to further assist and the complaint was closed.

Hi there, unfortunately because of refusing to connect me with a supervisor of 7bitcasino.com by their live support team I forced to take action once again here, the issue is related to free spins amount with deposits via their promotion channel on telegram, the guarantee for receiving amount of 110 free spins were mentioned 20 usd and I deposits 22 usd [in doge crypto] but the related free spins isn't issued and after contacting the support she refuse for adding it with reason the related amount is 300 doge, I explained to her for understand their way with crypto what is exchange rate and explained to her with example , I said think doge were decreased and price of its be 0.001 then 300 doge is 3$ otherwise if Rais to 1$ then 300 doge is 300 usd so the base amount of calculate is the price of live time as same as always is were, but really she have no knowledge about their business and after 2 hours wasting my time closed the chatt, furthermore there were another issue with lvl up because of updating in new versions the comp point xp is increasing to 30000 from 18999 [ for lvl 5] , I were at lvl 5 and u have 14581 xp when reaching next lvl were at 18999 but in new versions it is just raising the xp hash and my point is don't effect and hangout at the previous 14,581 instead of 24,301 whatever, it is so hard to explain to some one when she/he don't want to understand nor didn't understand.

Kindly note about the unacceptable reason that the support channel on 7bitcasino.com replied, this issue several times happened which can be claimed in live chatting, but this one because of lack of knowledge one of their support and excuses doesn't solve, she said I should to deposit 300 doge for bonus while this 300 doge was related to period of equally 20$, but she doesn't knew what was exchange rate at all , I was eligible for the bonus but she refused ,

I deposit 128 doge which were equal to 22 $. What ever if you think it's not something that worth the following up I respect you.
