77spins casino declined my Kyc and Forfeited my winning. After giving all the requested documents also. My profile month was Wrong in casino, I had mailed them to change but they were giving me excuses that only I can change it but I was not able to change. Very bad casino I want my money back. They are doing fraud by miss using t&c.

Please understand that providing false personal data is absolutely prohibited in all online casinos. I would strongly recommend avoiding this kind of action in the future and making sure all the provided information is correct before starting to play.

I understand that you haven’t done it intentionally but unfortunately, it doesn’t make any difference. If you’ve opened your account and realized straightaway your mistake, you should inform the casino at that time before placing a deposit and playing.

Could you please advise if you have done so? Have you only made a mistake in the month of your date of birth?

Hi, I know it's my fault I haven't checked the account properly. But I had mailed the Customer support after I saw the mistake. And they told me that I can change the Date of birth and my account will be verified after that. But I was not able to and I mailed them also but they told me to wait 2-3 hours and after that they just forfeited all the winning.

. And yes there was only mistake in my month which was unintentionally and mistakenly. I encountered this situation in another casino but they fixed it right without any hassel. I don't why they are doing this.
