Greetings

I Bernard..i wanna inform you that I've been scammed by 7reels casino for the amount of €1,449.47.


Is like firstly i finished wangering with the winnings of €99 ..and after that they told me to make some deposit in order to unlock withdrawals..and i did made some deposit of €10.19..and after i made some withdrawals of €99..and the remaining balance was €10.19,so i used that remaining balance to play some slots games whereby i won a withdrawable of €1352


And i became supprissed after 5 days to find out that my account has been blocked without any explanations..and that transparently shows that 7reels casino con people for their winnings include their deposit.


So i dont think 7reels casino is suitable for the gamblers..and it's not safe

Hi..Firstly i played with with no deposit bonus and i finished wangering with the withdrawable amount of €99 ..after that i deposited €10.19...after that i made some withdrawals of €99


And after 4 days i used my deposit of €10.19 to play again and i won a withdrawable amount of €1352


And after 5days i received an email stating that "congratulations be informed that your withdrawal request has been approved today"

And after that i became supprissed to find that my account has been closed.


-Casino didn't give me any explanations before they can close my account

7reels casino and all those casinos operating under Guru are not good at all for the players.

And now 7reels ignored this case because of lack of evidence,is like they don't have enough evidence to close my account,Cos they just loot from player's deposit funds without a valid reason.

And again i stated long time ago that i don't have multiple accounts..and on top of that i submitted screenshots as proof.

7reels casino and other casinos under Guru they just attract more players by giving them free no deposit bonus(which is useless) is like you can't withdraw from those bonuses..instead they loot players deposit funds..by telling players to deposit some funds after a player finished wangering.

For in future i think is too risky for a player to deposit his/her real money into casinos account inorder to play..cos it's clearly show that casino will block player's account..After that nobody can help a player to get his/her money back.

Is like casino will block player's accounts,so that they can benefit from player's deposit funds.

And it clearly show that Guru casino is also part of this scam,cos when you check guru casino rate 7reels casino as good reputation so that they can hook up more clients.

After that guru casino will pretend as if they can help a player knowing that casino will ignore cases like this.On top of that casino can say a player has multiple accounts which is not 100% sure.

As i stated before that many countries has free Wi-Fi system for their communities.And according to casinos they can say a player has multiple accounts because of IP adress,and i did some thorough investigation i found out that if you use public wifi/router IP adress is going to be the same even if you use different network,even if you move from one place to another,cos you'll be using same public WiFi..is like casinos will see Wi-Fi 's IP adress.

And on top of that 7reels casino and Guru casino they are aware of that.And it seems as if those casinos are more into South African people and other countries that has free Wi-Fi system,cos they know that South African people are easily target because of free Wi-Fi that was installed for South African people.Cos they know that they'll benefit from player's deposit funds.


And again some of those casinos under Guru casinos are related(like sister casinos)..so if a player signup to other casino they still gonna see same IP adress.

And my question is how can Guru casino help a player knowing that they getting paid from casinos as third party..and if you can make some thorough investigation you'll supprissed to find out that Guru casinos is related to those unregulated casinos.And even if casino ignore this case,Guru casino still gonna rate it as good reputation.

All those casinos are founded in the aim of benefiting from player's deposit funds.

"Im telling you nobody will get paid from those bonuses"

And how can a person open multiple accounts,cos even device you are using can't allow a player to open multiple account(Is like a device will reject a player to open more than one account)

So i think this kind of the scam needs to be exposed before many people can fall under this scam.


And now i want casino to pay back deposit funds that i made,cos i know they can't afford to pay my winnings(and i give them 24hours.


I give casino and Guru casino 24 hours to reply or else I'll make sure all my forex followers share this on internet,cos im the one who introduced this guru casinos to them and if you can check 60% of them already fell under this scam.And i have millions of forex followers on social media include telegram channels

What's going on now..cos everyone kept quite.And it seems as if 7reels casino has no proof to close my account.

I lost two deposit money here..Tangiers and 7reels

All those casinos are under Guru casinos ..firstly guru was acting as if they can assist..It clearly show that guru and 7 reels are operating under one roof

We would normally require proof from the casino to support their claims. However, I named you as the player since it is clear you are not the one who you represent, our system has matched multiple complaints which have different users but completely same wording of accusations, threatenings, issues (no deposit withdrawal + multiple accounts accusation) and there is also an obvious match in IPs.

You have clearly breached the casino T&Cs and I highly recommend you to stop doing it. But, I am sure you are aware of that since my colleagues have explained this to you on so many occasions. There are always fair ways how to gain money and this is pretty unfair.


"You are only allowed to have one Account per household, per address, per computer and per IP address. If more than one person in Your household has an Account You risk any winnings being void and being banned from the Casino. Therefore, I will now mark this complaint as 'rejected' and I kindly ask you to refrain of submitting similar complaints since there were so many of them.
