First of all please be patient for my bad English,

I am a long time player in 666 casino and the other sisters brand casino I really trust this casino and I know this casino has a very good reputation, but here is the issue, July 11th I did make a deposit of 100 cad using the deposit method I always used for deposit interac etransfer and we are all know it's came from my online banking and luckily I did a winnings for the first time but when I tried to request a cash out my withdrawal method is greyed-out I am not able to put my banking information I thought my withdrawal method is locked I am wondering because my account is fully verified, I did contact to live chat concerning the issued and the live chat told me to send my debit card front and back and I did send right away and continue to Play and always check my withdrawal method if change but until now still the same and no one in the live chat can answer why my withdrawal method is greyed-out, the other agent told me to clearing cookies caches almost 5 agent told me like that,I did but still the same, they always told me they send the issue to relevant department, and yesterday the I did contact live support again and they advised a manual withdrawal I need to send my banking information to the relevant department and a few hours after the conversation to live chat I did received an email came from relevant department they mentioned I need to submit my banking information so I did submit my latest bank statement,direct deposit form, screenshot of proof of deposit came from my bank, screenshot of interac etransfer confirmation in my email, and deposit confirmation from 666 casino. But until now didn't resolve my withdrawal method still in greyed out the live chat always saying they will forward the issue to relevant department. Guru please 🙏 help me what do I need to do, honestly I don't want to submit the complaint for this casino because this casino family is my favorite casino and I know its fair online casino, Guru please give me an advise I really want to try and to enjoy my winnings that never experienced for a long long time player for this casino and family. Honestly I don't want to complaint for this casino but I don't know what to do, thank you so much Guru

Yes my account is fully verified and this is my first time to request a cash out from this casino. I speak to a live chat 4 hours ago and they confirmed they don't know too what is the reason, I hope you can help me patronela.

i really appreciate your help but as of now i dont have funds in my casino account i did played and played until its gone to forgive this 666 casino, because it is really obvious that this casino really dont want to pay my winnings, for a 5 days of begging to them to make a cash out some amount but they still ignore. They locked my withdrawal section in my account to make sure i cant make a withdrawal they locked for no reason and nobody can answer why i am not able to withdraw. Thanks 666 casino for this nightmare experience

In case you have lost your money, this complaint became irrelevant while we can't help you withdraw money if you don't have any on your casino balance. Is there anything else we can help you with?

We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our message and also the comaplaint became irrelevant as the player has spent his casino balance.
