yesterday i won the trophy for $7500 deposited, which is $3000. I haven't received the bonus credit to my balance and spent nearly 6 hours on live chat, without any avail.

Image 1 and 2 is from the 22nd September. Since then, i have made 13 transactions and the site said it has been reached, with all the animations, but without my bonus into my balance. Image 4 is what they said yesterday, today i recharged another $200 and still nothing. The site says its completed on my account and the bonus should be credited automatically. Its obvious they are f*****g me around, they haven't responded to my emails or live chat(they don't respond). Where's my $3000 bonus(its without wager, accredited to the balance of my account)?

No never claimed any bonuses. Have won in the past, but never withdrew the winnings because i just play for fun. I kept on recharging with this site, even though i was getting sick of the games because of the $3000 bonus offered, and i was close to completing the achievement.

To get a clear picture of how to complete these trophies and get the bonus, i asked the agents for clarification, whom all have said the same thing, when the deposit amount has been fulfilled, the bonus will be added to my account

NO I HAVEN'T COLLECTED ALL TROPHIES. ALL THE OTHER TROPHIES RELEASE THE PRIZE UPON COMPLETING THE TROPHY, AND I COLLECTED THE PRIZES FOR THE OTHER TROPHIES IN THIS WAY. THIS IS WHY I ASKED FOR CLARIFICATION FROM THEM, BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE RULES, AND WITH THE VAGUE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES, FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE SITES, THIS LEAVES ROOM FOR THEM TO PLAY GAMES WITH THE PLAYERS. ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO GET CLARIFICATION FROM THEM WHEN YOU DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS. THE AGENTS KNEW WHAT WAS COMPLETED AND WHAT STAGE OF TROPHIES I WAS ON WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR CLARIFICATION, TO WHICH THEY SAID I WILL RECIEVE IT UPON THE TROPHT COMPLETION. THE AGENT EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO STATE THAT HE THINKS THEIRS AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID THE BONUS.

I just read the Terms and conditions. We are on no one's payroll. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

I have read the terms and conditions of these bonuses offered by this casino, and it's certainly not clear at all, vague at best, about the conditions set as conditions to be met to qualify and receive the bonuses. It should be clear to you that the agents lied in order to make me recharge, with a false promise of $3k after ive reached a certain amount from deposits. This is a violation, where i was clearly promised by 6 agents that i would receive the bonus after depositing the amount of $7500 Aud, which i did deposit. After reaching the deposit amount, which is what you must pass to the trophy and $3k bonus. I have also watched videos on youtube- channel - Random Michael

who have received the bonus after depositing $10,ooo into their accounts instantly.

If your not on 5gringos payroll, like im sure you are, then do the right thing this site is a bunch of dirty scammers and this couldn't be clearer from the chats.(please look above)

I was scammed a $3000 bonus after depositing $7500 and you keep making unjustified claims like you've read their t&c's. Can you tell me where any business in the world, whether online or not, can lie blatantly in order to receive a benefit, mainly money, with a false promise of return? Is this the same rule for all these gambling sites, that they can offer whatever and abide by these set conditions whenever they choose to or not to?

Aren't we lucky that other gambling sites don't work the same way, otherwise the whole online gambling industry would be one GIANT SCAM!

Yea if you're on their payroll, but if you're an honest moderator who's trying to resolve my complaint fairly, why are you brushing aside the lies to make me recharge to $7500 with a bonus of #3k which i didn't receive, which was promised to me by over 6 different agents of 5gringos casino. What are you reading exactly? Are you a moderator for online players who have been scammed from these sites or are you a moderator for these sites to bluff down complaints and make it look like this is a regulated part of this site, when it clearly isn't. I am of the strong opinion you are on the 5gringos payroll, that's why this examing of the case you do is very casual. This is why you stick up for these scammers when it's clear they violated codes of conduct and refuse to pay thee sum of $3000 thats owed to me. Do they pay you to keep gamblers at bay, a phony process just to shut gamblers up? I feel like your silly replies are buying time, wasting until i get sick of your crap and don't reply?
