I deposited INR6000 and took 200% bonus and managed to complete wager. After finishing wager my final amount was INR20000. I requested withdrawal and the casino said it will be processed in under 24 hours. After 24 hours passed I questioned the casino and they said it would taje 72 hours. Now its been 5 days and still my cashout has not been processed. I would accept that banks can be slow the payment needs to be processed and withdrawn from my account. The money is still in my account. Please look into this. Casino.guru has given them Number 1 rating.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

First of all I signed up and played at this casino because you have given them number 1 rating.

About withdrawal issue I wouldn't have filed complaint if they have processed my withdrawal and it was under banks department and procedures. The casino has kept my payout pending at their casino. They keep on saying banks can delay payment but the fact is the casino themselves have not processed my cashout so banks dont even come into play at the moment.

When I request a withdrawal to withdraw my money it flashes a message 'not enough money'. Then I go to live chat and they say for 'security reason' there is a limit to your account. I ask them what is the reason and chat says they dont know and tell me I can only withdraw INR 1000(€12.5).

The casino told me they verify in 5 to 9 days. On telegram they told me 3 to 7 days. I received email saying my documents have been received. Its been more than 12 days since I sent my documents and live chat told me I am successfully reviewed.

The winnings are from casino bonus.
