This problem occurred on the night of 04/12/23 (15:03:29 UTC)

In evolution game in live casino I placed a bet and the bet passed but the winning money has not been deposited. Unsettled

Evolution game number #15:02:01. I placed 10000 INR on player and won it 20000 INR... But winning amount not credited in my I'd.. total 10005 INR pending....

Evolution game say the game outgame should have already been reflected on our account....

When this was told to 4Rabat, it said that this happened due to a technical glitch.Later said that the money will come to your I'd within 24 hours.But the money has not come to my I'd yet. Till date 6/12/23filefilefilefilefile

Hello dhavalvasava1111,

Can you please advise what number did you bet on and which one was the winnings one? Based on the betting history provided it seems like you did bet 20 000 and won 10 000 therefore your balance of 10 000 is correct (previous balance 20 000, bet 20 000, win 10 000 and the final balance 10 000 seems to be perfectly correct).
