The player from India had completed the verification and successfully withdrew 20k. However, when attempting to withdraw 30k with more than 130,000 in the account, the player's account was suddenly blocked for failing verification. The casino provided evidence that the player had violated the terms by using multiple accounts. Consequently, the complaint was closed as unjustified due to the breach of the casino's rules and its relation to sports betting, which fell outside our scope of assistance.

I had completed verification of name email number and Verification ID was also checked and approved then i withdrew 20k form my account then when i had requested 30k to withdrew my account had more than 130000 in the account the then i was suddenly logged out and said account failed verification and was blocked

I was withing a week i had activated the account and had played online sport betting as well as some casino aviator game as well.

There was no active bonus as it was already expried as i lost it but the amount i won was in my real account.

I had withdrew 20k and it was deposited in my bank account then the next day i gave a request of 30k withdrawl but then when i check the site later on i got logged in and even saw my money in the wallet then was logged out and when i tired to login again it said that account is blocked due to failed verification.

After gathering all the necessary information, we are closing this complaint as unjustified due to the following reasons:

  • Multiple accounts supported with evidence from the casino, which itself means a breach of the casino's rules
  • Sports betting related issue

As you might know, our forum deals with complaints about online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we do not have enough insight to take on this kind of issue, and after gathering all the necessary information, it is clear that the allegations relate mainly to sports betting play and breaching its rules.
