Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they explain why was it rejected and failed?

Dear sir ,

1st withdrawal I put on 23 April 2024 of 2000 rs is successful.

2nd withdrawal put on same date of 2000 is in processing stage .

After put 3rd withdrawal of 9000 they said your withdrawal is cancelled due to profile not verified.

I start the profile verification at 10:28 PM

Verification done on date 23 April 2024 at 10:30 PM .

At the time of verification I provided live face photo , Adhar card OTP there show your verification is completed.

After verification 3 hours later one mail I received in that they say your account is temporarily block due to Failed verification.

I contact to 4rabet customer care via Telegram and mail.

In that they told you violating the rules of Casio thats why your account is block

.but I didn't violating any rules of Casio

I asked to 4rabet customer care about my money they told your money is stuck in the system which is won't be withdrawn.


Sir I think this is very big scam like a mahadev betting app . huge people facing such type of issue .

I don't violation any rules . I request to 4rabet give proper evidence of bonus hunting or rule violation

please stop making false accusations .


I deposited 4500 two time , and play aviator game . I won some money after that I put withdrawal . At this time I got one mail from 4rabet in that clearly say due to unverified profile your withdrawal is cancelled.

After this mail i complete certification process by puting addhar card details and live selfie.

After succesful verification done I put again withdrawal but after some time again one mail received from 4rabet in that they say your account is temporarily block due to failed verification.

After that I can't use application my whole money is stuck in that app .

I want my money back

I can provide all documents for account verification.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information and evidence, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to failing the KYC process and breaching the casino's terms and conditions - multiple accounts created close one after another from the same IP address and engaging in the same or very similar gameplay. Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way. I understand your desire to receive the evidence as well, but it is quite an industry standard the casino doesn't share this information with the players as it could compromise the processes and it can be misused in the future to bypass these checks. I can assure you that we, as an independent party, have reviewed all the information and evidence thoroughly, and the casino team's actions were according to its established rules.

I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
