I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against 4raBet for imposing an arbitrary withdrawal limit of ₹500 per transaction on my account without providing any valid reason. This limitation is not in alignment with the platform's stated withdrawal policies, which allow a withdrawal limit of ₹1,00,000.

1. **Unexplained Limitation:**

Despite adhering to all platform rules, my account has been restricted to a ₹500 withdrawal limit. I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I have only received vague responses, such as "The limit has been set by our security team and cannot be reverted." No specific reason or explanation has been provided.


2. **Unhelpful Support:**

The customer support team has failed to address my concerns adequately. Their responses have been inconsistent, irrelevant, and lack transparency. Instead of resolving the issue, they have given false assurances and contradictory replies.


3. **Evidence:**

I have maintained detailed records, including screenshots of email exchanges, platform chats, and Telegram communications with customer support, which clearly show the lack of transparency and accountability from 4raBet.


This arbitrary limitation not only violates the trust I placed in 4raBet but also raises concerns about unfair treatment. If the platform has a withdrawal limit of ₹1,00,000 for all users, why has my account been singled out for this restrictive policy?

I kindly request the following:

1. Immediate removal of the ₹500 withdrawal limit on my account.

2. A detailed explanation of why this limitation was imposed.

3. An assurance that such arbitrary limitations will not be imposed again.


If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities, forums, and legal channels. I trust you will take this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest.

I have been a player since 2023. Initially, deposits and withdrawals worked without any issues. Recently, I resumed playing from the past week. After depositing ₹1,500, ₹4,500, and ₹10,000, I accumulated ₹19,000 in winnings. When I attempted to withdraw the amount, the process took unusually long. During this waiting period, I continued playing and won additional amounts. However, after 48 hours, my withdrawal request was declined, and I was informed that I could only withdraw ₹500 per transaction, twice a day (₹1,000 per day). This restriction has been in place since then.


### 2. **Did you receive any justification as to why the withdrawal limit was imposed?**

No, I have not received any clear or valid justification as to why this withdrawal limit was imposed on my account.

Now the amount i have made is 190313 INR but I'm unable to withdraw it, they are allowing me to withdraw inly 500pl per withdrawal twice in a day. then what's the use to make all my hardwork and investment in risk, I'm seeking them to allow my wining to withdraw without any partiality with me, so i can continue with this plateform further.
