The player from Austria has requested a withdrawal more than two months ago, unfortunately, it has not been received yet. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
At the beginning of the year I won 820 euros in the 4 Crown Casino and had the money paid out in about 20 days. After the payout I continued to play deposit 20 with 500% bonus turnover 5000 euros stake maximum 5 euros. I kept to the bonus conditions and was then able to withdraw 910 euros. That was in the 1st week of February. Until March 23, 6 weeks then nothing happened except to hang out in the chat. Since I wanted to continue playing, I took back the amount of 910 euros that had already been unlocked and on the same day came to 2710 euros. I then paid out the 2710 euros again on March 23, since nothing has happened and I am always with me in the chat just put up with the same set of phrases. The waiting period for the payout is now 10 weeks. Maybe you could intervene with the casino manager why it is not paid out.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

Correctly, the payout has been open since March 23rd or is in process as can be seen in the screenshot, however
will not be completed. I have certainly had around 20 chat conversations in this regard and in chat
I am always told the same thing. Payouts are subject to a check, high level of payouts pandemic and some other blah blah always the same phrases for 10 weeks. I have a total of 1704 euros in the casino
paid a successful withdrawal of 820 euros. Since I have the impression that it is a financially weak casino, I then offered the casino you should transfer at least 884 euros what I have paid in. If it is possible within a week, I do without the rest, but not even the casino is apparently able. Strangely enough, my entire transaction history was then deleted except for 3 movements. 10 euros which I received from the casino for free but which have nothing to do with the profit, the withdrawal of the 910 euros on 03/23/2021 and the newly requested payment of 2710 euros also on 03/23/2021

Thanks for the email. I tried to get in touch with the casino repeatedly but without success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from their side. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach. I recommend you take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future. I wish I could be of more help.
