Yes, that happened to me too. They automatically cancelled the payment twice after three months, meaning I had to apply again and received identical replies in the live chat. It's all a scam. Stay away. The support email address and phone number aren't in use, but I know where the server is and am planning my vacation accordingly.

The layout of the Four Crowns site is identical to Rouge Casino, which has just as bad a review on this site.
Are they owned by the same people .
I tried withdrawing £200, but after waiting a few days; the money had been transferred back to my account.

Worst scammer casino I've ever seen. I've been playing for 1 month here, and everything was alright before I won over 2000 eur. I won 3500€ on 29 June. I'm afraid I've been scammed reading all reviews. Iam from Spain if they scam me with the winnings I will go to the police. I am awaiting the 21 business days.

Edit* July 5. Now the casino 4crowns is bloqued on Spain by authorities when you try to enter. I hope I will need to go to the Police for scam me 3500€, before this 21 days they say. On friday if the money is not on my bank I will go.

Edit* July 6. 4crownsCasino is blocked on Spain for Spain Goberment (under licensed). I sent a lot of emails to the customer service of this Casino without any response. I used a VPN from Germany to enter on my account, The online Chat on the Casino is closed I think for many scams at same time many people is contact to get the winnings.

My solution this days I am going to the Police to put the demmand. And if they dont pay with this I will travel to Curazao to investigate and capture the scamer. The trip is only 580€ from Spain. I will finish with this scamer.

Worst casino I've ever seen in my life I waited 6 months in total. My first attempt to withdraw money, they kept it on hold for 4 months and then put it in the casino account without any explanation. They said to do it again. and again they waited for more than 1 month and put it in the casino account again but this time it looked minus 3000 when I asked them They wrote that my account was under control 3 hours later they closed the account and confiscated the money and said we don't have to explain to you and they sent a nonsense article as if they had followed all the rules themselves. And they didn't pay my deposit, they're real thieves please stay away and i also talked to my bank to get my deposit back but unfortunately i couldn't get it as it's been more than 120 days please talk to your bank new account opener and get your money back Because they know this, they are extending the time so that we cannot get back the money we invested in that casino.And they share your information with other companies because they tried to deposit money from my bank by companies I don't know, and a different company name comes out every time I deposit money in that casino anyway.

Hello everyone, I would like to report the site 4CROWNSCASINO 'as a scammer, I have been waiting for a payment for more than two months that does not arrive promptly; they have a chat assistance that makes pity and that in my opinion is robotic in that the same answers are always provided while chatting with people with different names; the online chat is unable to provide you with payment support and asks you to write an email to the assistance to which you promptly write but you do not get any response.
I was robbed of € 500 and this review will hopefully make you desist from playing the site mentioned.
