Hello I contact you because I made a deposit of 20€ with bonus on the 4 crown casino, I managed to go up until finishing the wager. Following this, I requested a withdrawal of €200 on December 13, 2022, still not validated. I have contacted their customer service a lot of times and they tell me the same thing all the time "That the withdrawal is still being processed. That they are verifying my account and that the delay may occur due to a large volume they have to work with" (I have screenshots of some of our exchanges). In their conditions it is stated that withdrawal requests are validated within 48 to 72 hours. But their customer service told me that it could go up to 21 working days which would give until January 11, 2023. But this is February 18, 2023 and I still have the same answer from them. Can you please help me by asking them to validate me and send me my withdrawal. You are my last chance so I can collect my winnings please. Cordially.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Could you please advise if you received any payment from this casino previously?

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
