The player from the United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal more than a month ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy”.
I requested my withdrawal on 8th April 2022 - this has now exceeded the 21 days processing and every time I query this I get the same response

Apparently this has ben escalated with their finance dept 10 times but there is still no indication as to when they are going to honour this withdrawal. This has to be the worst customer experience that I have ever been involved in.

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is an unusually long time.
However, I hope that you will receive your winnings eventually. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi account states that the withdrawal is pending and when I look at the balance is show's £470 Pending Withdrawal. I have chased this on a daily basis and the stock answer is:

Delays can occur due to the large number of requests my colleagues have to review and the amount withdrawn as well as the banking process. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to speed up the process as live chat operators have no control over the process.
We can only send a reminder to the finance department.
We are doing everything in our power to speed up the process. However, since we receive a huge amount of fraudulent request our financial team is very careful and has a detailed and thorough approach which in turn is causing delays.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
