hi id just like to voice my disappointment and ever growing frustration almost to the point of disgust with the casino 4 crown casinos financial department.

on November 11th (i think) i placed a withdrawal request for $5000 after waiting over 40 working and numerous emails to my VIP manager Eric as well as communication with fellow chat representatives explaining the withdrawal procedure and apologies due to being understaffed as a result to covid and then reassured me it would be processed ASAP and theyd send the financial dep an email. After 64 days with no change on January 14th i then decided to cancel my request and resubmit it for a lesser amount (not the max withdrawal amount) in hope this may speed up the process. i placed a new request for $4000 and lost the rest to the casino (not that it would've mattered if id won anything, as your not able to withdraw with a pending withdrawal) so once again, i patiently waited, once again both VIP manager and chat representatives told me they'd emailed the financial department and id be notified of the outcome via email.

Then after a further 83 days with no result i have then decided to cancel and resubmit for a lesser amount. on April 7th i did exactly that and re-requested my withdrawal for $2000 and put the remaining $2000 back into the casino. and here we are April 25th and my request it still status awaiting????? so after 18 days it still hasn't even been accepted??? ive had a couple withdrawals in the past so i know the time frame and status changes and its NEVER taken this long. ive been relying on this money since back in November and not only am i still no closer to a result after over 140 days im also out of pocket $3000. ive done nothing but continue to be polite, understanding and VERY patient but I CANT HANDLE THIS ANYMORE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost half a year is a long time indeed.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

PS: I have adjusted the disputed amount from $5,000 to $2,000 since the rest of the funds have been played and lost.

Hello Petronela, thank you fir your speedy response. Yes, your understanding is correct, my withdrawal request is still pending. I have had previous successful withdrawals from the casino and on average it would normally take 2 -7 (working days) for the request to be accepted and then its deposited into my bank account via bank transfer within 2 weeks. So this 5 month delay is far from the usual interactions I've had.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
