I have been waiting on a withdrawal of £5000 from this casino since 21/08/2021 and they are yet to even accept the withdrawal. It still says awaiting and I’ve been on the live chat every day since and they say the exact same things over and over again like they are busy and be patient. It’s ridiculous and I’m worried I’ll never see that money. I played with a bonus and wagered all the way through until I finished it.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

As you can see the casino has already a very bad rating on our site. Unfortunately, the only one who would be able to help you out is the casino's licencing authority but that's not a 100% as well. We will be now forced to close the complaint as unresolved which will further affects negatively the casino's rating. Thanks for trying anyway, my withdrawal is still in awaiting status and this is now the 43rd business day since I sent the withdrawal. The live chat and email keep telling me to be patient and that it will be done soon but it doesn’t look likely
