A player from Netherlands had been waiting for their withdrawal to be processed for six months before this complaint was submitted. We rejected this complaint after it became clear that the person who submitted the complaint was not the casino account holder. The player was advised to submit a new separate complaint in their own name.

Ask for a withdrawal SIX months ago. They keep stalling. Very busy due to high volume of withdrawals. Can't see my withdrawal anymore because it's too long ago. Kept all mail and chats.

Account is fully verified. No withdrawals processed earlier. The delay is caused by a huge volume of withdrawals. Surely this is just a way to stall things. When you point out their poor behavior they end conversation.

Dear Eric,

Thank you for clarifying. We appreciate your effort, but please understand that we will not be able to continue resolving this complaint without communicating directly with the account holder. Due to this reason, I’m forced to reject this complaint.

I recommend your wife submits a new complaint in her own name.
