I requested my withdrawal on 26th June 2021, i followed all rules/terms and conditions fully wagered my bonus before submitting my withdrawal, i have played af ghis casino oreviously and had no issues, i have emailed various times asking where my withdrawal was it was finally accepted on 10th Seotember 2021 before being cancelled again on 11th september i received an email asking me to verify my account (which was already verified) due to updates and re submit my withdtawal-which i have done, my new withdrawal went straight into an acceoted status, however is not yet in an approved status which is when they send the funds-i have asked them how long my withdrawal will take as i have been more than patient waiting 78 days to which they have said they have messaged their finance department but cannot give me a time scale they hope it will be processed faster this time, im sure you can understand my frustrations as this is such a long time period

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

my withdrawal remained in "awaiting" status from 26th june to 4th sept then it became "accepted" it was then "cancelled" on 11th september for me to verify my account-again, which on 12th september i verified my account and resubmit my withdrawal which went straight into an "accepted" status where it currently remains, however for the funds to be sent to my bank it ahould go into an "approved" status which it has not yet, whenever i message they just tell me to be patient, however i feel i have been beyond patient to be honest
