The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal almost six weeks ago. Unfortunately, it has been pending since and the account blocked. Casino didn't respond.

Made a withdrawal mid July for £700, it was processed over 2 weeks later! They claim to have sent it but it’s never been received by my bank or myself! Asked them to do a trace, if it was even sent! They ignored this request and just give me the same reply that it was processed on 30/7/20 - they have now blocked my account as risk management and I can’t log in! Absolute scam merchant! Disgusted with how I have been treated!!

I looked at your complaint and will do my best to help you. I would like to invite 4 Crowns Casino into this conversation. Can you please specify what is the problem with player’s withdrawal and why did you close player's account?

Hi Villiam, they have said they want the money! That was end of July but that money has not been received! My bank have done a full

investigation and no money has be. Received by them and they did a further afield search also, with no result! The casino closed my

account down, not myself, because I told them I had spoken to the police about them Not paying my money to me so they closed it down as risk management! That is just guilt as far as I’m concerned!! Other reviews on their casino have said the same thing that they do this but I didn’t see this till After I had played! I just get the same answer from them all the time ‘ my withdrawal was processed on 30/7/20’ but they take no responsibility that it’s not been received! My bank have done everything they possibly can and there has been no such payment sent! It was apparently a SEPA payment when it should have been a swift payment, which the bank cannot trace and the casino won’t do a trace on their own payment! It’s £700 so you’d think they would be worried where there money had gone?? Thanks Viliam, I appreciate you working with me I n this! I liked playing on the casino, it’s a shame this had happened ☹️

That’s fine thanks! I know they won’t respond and that money is long gone. I just don’t even understand how they can they away with it!!

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
