The player from United Kingdom hasn’t been rewarded with free spins. Unfortunately, the player experienced the same technical glitch repeatedly. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I was playing on one of the slot games when i got on to the feature (3 lanterns). as soon as i got on to the feature, i recieved a Server communication error and the game reloaded. it paid me £10 for getting the lanterns but did not give the free spins feature. i raised this and was told there is nothing they can do.
after a long time they finally gave me a £50 bonus, which had wager requirements. i then went on the same game with £1.50 stake and it did the same thing again. i contacted them and was ignored.
