Please be aware not to play on 24vip.com online casino. They are scammers! They take your money and try every way possible not to pay you your winnings!


I made a deposit and used their bonus coupon, after my balance was withdraw able I withdrew my money of which a portion was removed because I had a max cash out of 20X . Since I deposited 100 dollars, 2000 was allowed. So that’s what I withdrew, after waiting a month and a half for the finance dept to process my info, I thought that I was almost near getting my money. Then 10 days passed after that time and I noticed that my withdrawals weren’t there anymore. I thought wow, they finally processed it but to my surprise, they came up with another issue not to pay me! They said I had a few 12.50 bets on a game and I should have not bet over 10 dollars so now my winnings are VOID! What scammers! They look for loopholes and fake rules not to pay you! They made me wait for almost 2 months to give me the news! Please don’t waste your money on these people! Go to Café Casino, Slots LV, Vegas Crest instead. They pay you if you win… The worst Casino I have ever came into contact with.

Stay Away with a 10 foot poll!!!

"During an active bonus, the maximum bet per hand, spin, card, etc., is $10 (£10, €10, or ZAR 100). This maximum bet rule will remain active until the wagering requirements have been completed. Betting above this limit will void the bonus and any winnings thereof."

"Welcome Match Bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal calculated as x20 the deposit amount except where explicitly stated otherwise."

 

Are you aware of placing single bet higher than the maximum allowed? Ideally, please forward your game history to petronela.k@casino.guru.

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. the rules on the max 10 dollars per hand are very hard to find. It is not listed under the bonus. It is not listed in the rules and regulations. you have to find a small one word section, click on that and then it tells you! 3 steps to actually find that rule.... Obviously, they didn't want anyone to know it. If they did, they will list it under the bonus rules or may be chat could let you know. It is so hidden to find. Please try to find it yourself but hurry before they change it...
