I am apalled that in 2025 there are online casinos that get such a high rating from a legitimate and good website such as casino guru and instead of representing it by being professional at least with at basic stuff they show how incompetent they can be. THIS CASINO is AT BEST from my perspective a 3.2/10 online casino. So Ivybet casino seems to be a newbie online casino offering a lot of games and attracting players from many places of the world. Cool. Also, the welcome bonus package seems to be very intriguing. Let’s start now with the casino management. After my second deposit I managed to win a very small amount of winnings. And to be honest, a small 50 euro (yes! That low). Now, I requested my first withdrawal and passed the verification process quite fast and easy. Keep in mind that the withdrawal time frame is 24 hours for e-wallets MAX. So, on the 25th hour of waiting, I got an email stating that my withdrawal was declined. I went to the support and asked about the reason of the cancelation. The support agent told me that it was the casino’s FAULT and advised me to request a new withdrawal. So, in order to request a new withdrawal, the casino’s system doesn’t allow it unless you CANCEL all of your pending bonuses such as free spins packages etc. I was forced to do it in order to request my withdrawal AGAIN. They canceled it again after 24 hours (AGAIN 15 minutes into the 25th hour) of waiting stating that they can't process it. So I went to chat and was asked to withdraw via bank transfer or any other withdrawal option I had left. I withdrew via crypto. And surprise surprise my withdrawal was cancelled AGAIN stating now that I had to withdraw via bank transfer (stating that my deposit was made via bank transfer which is a lie since my deposits were all made via skrill) so I gambled away my winnings and closed my account.
