I made a deposit of 1500.-€ on 06.10.2023 via bank transfer (not instant). It has now been 6 days. There has been no response to my numerous complaints via email and live chat. I was initially told it would take 2 business days. Now we are already at 5 business days. I have not received any feedback that anything has been checked. I have registered at many casinos, but it has never taken this long before.
